HOW PAINFUL ARE THE INJECTIONS?

Well, the pain of an injection generally depends on 3 factors:

#1 - How thick is the needle? The thicker it is, the more painful it will be (for obvious reasons).

#2 - How well is the injection performed? If you are nervous and inject the needle from the wrong angle, in the wrong place and/or you can't keep your hands from shaking once the needle is inside (causing internal damage to your tissues), it will not only be a painful shot, but it's gonna sting for a while (maybe even days!).

#3 - What are you injecting? Different compounds and different esters cause different degrees of PIP (post-injection pain). Generally-speaking, water-based solutions and solutions where the concentration of mg/ml is very elevated cause the most PIP.

HOW CAN THE PAIN BE REDUCED?

You can minimize the pain of the injection itself as well as the post-injection pain (PIP) by:

Opting for thinner needles (25 to 27g).
Learning how to inject properly, what the best injection sites are and how to rotate between them.
Avoiding water-based solutions and highly-concentrated injectables (don't worry, only very experienced roiders even consider using such drugs).
