There's 3 main parameters to take into account when trying to guess whether you are prone to gyno or not. They are all correlated and equally important:

DID YOU DEVELOP PUBERTAL GYNO?
IS YOUR ESTROGEN NATURALLY ELEVATED?
WHAT'S YOUR BODYFAT PERCENTAGE?

DID YOU DEVELOP PUBERTAL GYNO?

The first parameter is really simple to assess. If you developed gynecomastia as a teenager you are more likely to get it again on cycle. If you STILL have pubertal gyno, a cycle may worsen it.

If that's you, do whatever it takes to get rid of gyno before jumping on a cycle (more on that later).

IS YOUR ESTROGEN NATURALLY ELEVATED?

Whether you care about gyno or not, you MUST get bloodwork done before your first cycle. If your bloodwork results show an estrogen level towards the top of the reference range or above it, you are more likely to develop gyno.

WHAT'S YOUR BODYFAT PERCENTAGE?

Finally, take a look in the mirror. Testosterone converts into Estrogen through the "aromatase enzyme", which is mainly found in adipose tissue (fat).

The fatter you are, the more aromatase you have and the greater your estrogen levels will be. Therefore, more fat = more likely to get a nice pair of man boobs on-cycle.
