Let’s be honest — the world of AAS use is extremely chaotic.

Some guys get amazing results. Others end up suppressed, soft, or sitting in a hospital bed wondering where it all went wrong.

In my experience, AAS users usually fall into one of three categories. Two of them are disasters waiting to happen. One of them actually gets results.

Let’s break it down:

❌ TYPE 1: THE CLUELESS USER (50% of users)

This is the guy who saw a TikTok influencer promote AAS and decided to pin 500mg of Test without even knowing what an Aromatase Inhibitor is.

He can’t explain the difference between Test E and Test P. He thinks “PCT” is optional. He has no ancillaries, no plan, and definitely no idea what he’s doing.

Six weeks into the cycle? He’s bloated, breaking out, seeping estrogen from every pore, and wondering why he feels like trash.

❌ TYPE 2: THE RECKLESS USER (25% of users)

This guy knows his stuff, but runs incredibly aggressive stacks with no bloodwork, skips ancillaries because he can't be bothered to spend the money and thinks that blasting for a year is the key to becoming a mass monster.

He makes fast progress — but eventually, he crashes. Physical health deteriorates, mental health implodes and he ends up in a hospital, a mental institution or arrested for beating up his girlfriend during a Tren cycle.

💡 What went wrong? He just doesn't care about himself - Lack of confidence, traumatic events, mental health issues... That's why being physically and mentally health before starting a cycle is so important.

✅ TYPE 3: THE EDUCATED USER (25% of users)

This is the user who plays the long game. He understands the risks, and knows how to manage them in order to achieve his goals in the most sustainable way possible.

He’s studied every compound he puts into his body. He knows what to stack, how to dose, and how to recover. He’s got ancillaries on deck, bloodwork scheduled, and he only sources from trusted suppliers.

He’s not just enhancing himself — he’s enhancing his whole life, from his diet, to his training, to his sleep and his mental performance.

Very easy, you just need to do the following:
